PLATE
AND FRAME (VERTICAL) FILTER PRESS : In consists of several
filter plates and frames which are arranged on a strong S.S.
emphasis with two end plates are placed between two frames so that
alternate sets are connected through the sockets which forms a
channel for inlet and outlet. The plates and frames are tightened
with tightening screw with which moving end plate is attached. The
unit is made out of S.S. 3041616L quality. A drip tray is provided
at the bottom of the assembly. It is S.S.provided with mechanical
closing devices wherever required.

The joints are argon are welded. The vessel is provided with inlet
and outlet nozzle. Safety valve. A long tube is provided to ensure
complete drawing out of the fluid S.S. trolley. Is provided for
vessels above 50Ltrs. At an extra cost.

FILLING
VESSELS : This vessel is used in injectable section for
filling sterile products. It is fabricated from S.S. 316 quality.
The maximum working pressure is 3Kg/em. The vessel lid is provided
with inlet and outlet nozzles and sight glass. For airtight
sealing silicon "O" ring are used.
