MULTI -MILL : This machine is useful for various purposes like granulation, shredding, pulverization etc. The motor used is 3H.P. vertically mounted which drives the rotor shaft through bearing housing. The rotor has 12 swinging type knife blades and 2 scrapper blades. The material for granulation is feed through a S. S. hopper. A screen of suitable mesh is mounted outside the rotor. All contact parts are made form S.S. 304/316 quality. The unit is mounted on a suitable stand with castor wheels for easy movement. A DOL starter with reversible switch and 1No. S.S. screen of any mesh is provided with the unit.

PORTABLE MECHANICHAL SIFTER : The machine is suitable for sifting granules and powder. The unit is supplied complete with one S.S. sieve of any mesh. It is driven by a vertical motor. The screen frame and discharge chute etc. are mad out of S.S. The unit does not require any foundation and is provided with heavy duty caster wheels for mobility.

POWDER AND MASS MIXER : Suitable for mixing of dry and wet material. All contact parts are fabricated from 304-quality stainless steel with two mechanical seal ends, to prevent outside lubricants from entering into the mixing chamber. Paddles, 3" thick are arranged on the shaft to give thoroughly uniform mixing. Among the other provisions are tilting arrangements, reversible switch and safety lock-switch of stop the machine as soon as the cover is opened. The drive is through a 3Ph electric A/C motor and a suitable gearbox.

DRUM MIXER : Used for Dry mixing and blending granules with lubricants etc. The unit has a S.S. Drum of 200 ltrs. having an airtight lid with quick closing and opening clamps. Fitted onto rings driven on hylam sandwich wheels. It can mix about 50 to 70 Kgs of material. The above unit is complete with 1 H. P.motor, gearbox etc.

STAINLESS STEEL COATING PAN : The unit is fabricated from 304 quality s.s. and fitted on a drive arrangement having a suitable oil filed worm gear box and motor. The unit is also equipped with a suitable hot air blower with thermostatic control.

POLISHING PAN : Fabricated form M.S. and lined inside with canvas. It can be fitted on the drive arrangement of coating pan.

The blenders are available in different sizes as per customer's requirements. Inching arrangement is provided for easy charging and discharging of the material.

CAPSULE FILLING MACHINE : Manual filling machine. Operated on a gear system. The unit is supplied with a filling unit for any one specified size of capsules and S.S. loading trays.
