INDUSTRIAL
STIRRER : This unit is suitable for mixing syrups and liquids.
The stirring shaft and the propeller are made out from S.S.
304/316quality. The stirrer shaft is directly fitted to the motor.
The unit is supplied with an tubular adjustable M.S. stand.
M.S.Channel stand with uppering and lowering arrangement is
provided for more than 2 H.P. stirrers are tailor made as per
customer's requirements. The motor used are standard 3 phase
1440RPM.

HOMOGENIZER/
EMULSIFIER : This unit is used for making suspension,
emulsifying etc. The homogenizing is done through stator and rotor
arrangement made out of S.S. The stator is supported on the motor
through S.S. supporting rods and the motor directly drives the

BOTTLE
DRIER : Drying oven is suitable for drying powders, bottles,
resting and etc. The oven is manufactured from M.S. double walls
or S.S.304 quality insulated with fiber glass. A blower is
provided to circulate the hot air evenly in the oven, and dampers
are provided from which moist air is driven our. And fresh air is
drawn in. For heating "U" type escort heaters are used.
A panel box is provided having indicating lamps, thermostat
starter. Digital temperature controller is provided for
controlling temprature. The inner part of the oven is painted with
heat resistant silver paint and outside is painted with synthetic
enamel paint. The oven upto 24 trays capacity is supplied without
trolley.

VOLUMETRIC
LIQUID FILLING MACHINE : This unit is used to fill liquids in
pharmaceuticals. Beverages, chemicals cosmetic industries. All the
contact parts are manufactured from S.S. 304\316 quality as per
product requirement. The volume is adjusted manually for precise
filling control. The drive mechanism is enclosed in a mild steel
frame cladded with S.S. Machine is manufactured for various fill
volumes and in models having 1,2, & 4 filling heads. Separate
syringes for fills smaller than the machine ordered and which can
